Day 1

"Zagreb Airport arrival"

Welcome with our driver guide for Croatia private tour, we start our best of Croatia private tour with a transfer to your accommodation in Zagreb. Depending on your arrival time we will have a short orientational tour of Zagreb “the Capital of Croatia”. In other words, the city tour will give you an insight into two different cities: the modern, urban, and the historic and cultural Zagreb.  Start at Zagreb’s main square – Ban Jelačić Square. You will take a ride by Zagreb’s funicular, which is the shortest cable car in the world. From the Upper Town, we will enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the area. We continue our tour passing by Zagreb’s Cathedral and walking through Croatia’s biggest green market ”Dolac”With many museums, galleries, cafes, open markets, clubs, and pubs, Zagreb is today a city pulsing with life!

Day 2

"Hills of Zagorje tour"

This day we continue with our best of Croatia private tour. We will step into the Royal history of the Zagreb and the Zagorje region. On the way to Trakoščan castle, you will learn about the history of the area and about the itinerary for the day. Finally, you will take a step into royal history and visit one of the biggest castles in the area. Explore the museum inside, and imagine how splendid it must have been to live in the castle. Next, enjoy a walk in the park with a lake below the castle. Afterward, we are heading towards Samobor townThere you will enjoy the stunning countryside landscape and local homemade folk-cuisine specialties together with excellent local wines.  Returns to Zagreb and the rest of the day free at leisure to enjoy Zagreb streets.

Day 3

"Rastoke village - Plitvice Lakes - Split"

We are continuing our best of Croatia private tour and we proceed towards the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Together with our driver guide for Croatia, we’ll stop at Rastoke – an idyllic watermill village we often like to call “the Small Lakes of  Plitvice”. After the time in Rastoke to the next destination, Plitvice. In the National Park will walk along the majestic string of sixteen cascaded lakes connected with beautiful waterfalls. The tour of the National Park will take approximately 3 hours. and will include a boat ride over the big lake and a train ride through the parking area at the end.  After the tour, you are going to enjoy a traditional lunch in one of the local restaurants.  The drive continues to Split is on local roads seeing the charming Dalmatian countryside. "Split - Unesco Trogir - Salona"

Today, discover the old part of the largest Dalmatian town of Split and travel back to the “ancient Roman Empire”. Day 5

"Stari Grad - Lavender fields - Hvar town"

Today, we leave Split for a day trip to Hvar island. With driver-guide for Croatia, we start with panoramic views over the Dalmatian islands of Šolta and Brač.  At the island, we visit the Lavender fields around the village of Brusje, high up on the old road to Stari Grad. This village has stunning views of the seas and mainland. We walk through Lavender fields. Appreciate the magnificent color and breathe in the hypnotic qualities. Arrival in Hvar and tour of the old town of Hvar. The oldest municipal theatre in Europe (established in 1612), the arsenal and the Franciscan monasterythe fortress Fortica, the Cathedral of Hvar. Our program continues as we meet the leading Croatian winemaker “Duboković”You will be invited to step into the family house and winery as well, meet the owner and listen to stories from the firsthand winemaker. Apart from the wines, they produce a wide range of varietal and aromatized olive oils. This trip ends with an authentic island culinary picnic at the picturesque village of VrisnikYour meal will be prepared in a “traditional island way” and served by the island’s best olive oil producer Mr. Borivoj Bojanic and his wife Zeljka. The return is scheduled at 17:30 am by a ferry to the mainland – to the city of Split. Day 6

"Pelješac peninsula - Ston - Dubrovnik"
This day we continue with our best of Croatia private tour. We will drive from Hvar to Sučuraj, where we catch a ferry to the town of Drvenik and the mainland. Together with our driver, you can relax and enjoy sightseeing along. After 2 hours drive to our first stop, the city of Ston. It’s famous for the longest stone wall in Europe (5.5 km), salt cultivation farming and oyster growing farms, since Roman times. Ston oysters are natural aphrodisiacs and make this region world-famous. Driving across the Pelješac peninsula, we’ll discover one of the most famous Croatian wine regions. Sandy soil and a maximum of sunlight are creating a primary condition for some of the top-quality Croatian red wines. We will have the opportunity to visit one of the local family wineries and try some of the best wines in the region. Refreshed after wine we end this day in Dubrovnik.

Day 7

"Dubrovnik city tour"

Finally, the Best of Croatia tour is reserved for exploring the old town of Dubrovnik. “Best of Dubrovnik is a great tour to get to know the history of the town. First, we start at the monumental Pile Gate, located at the top of Stradun. The splendid main promenade street of the Old Town. Dubrovnik is known as ”the Pearl of the Adriatic”. Each corner of this legendary city is its own unique experience. Next, we visit the Franciscan Monastery.
